History

The LOCS business was created in 2001 as a result of a reorganisation in Sema after the Schlumberger takeover.

Sema had previously operated a successful and profitable Compliance Services business unit since 1993;  LOCS was formed using the people and skills from that same team. This background gives LOCS a rare skill set combining outsourcing expertise with commercial, transition and supplier management.

Historically, the team has applied its skills to resolving commercial and IT compliance issues in large organisations. We have a track record of delivering innovative and quality solutions for a range of problems and have undertaken projects on a saving sharing basis.

LOCS is independent and impartial without preferred VARs or other suppliers. Our prime concern is looking after our customer’s interests
